Privacy notice

1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect, and why

Enquiries by e-mail. Your name, e-mail address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write to us. Purpose: answering you and preparing a possible contract. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Project material you send us. Floor plans, photographs, renderings or briefs may contain personal data — an address, the layout of a home, faces in a photograph. We use them only to answer your enquiry or to carry out the work. Legal basis: contract performance, or your consent where no contract exists.

No analytics, no cookies. The site sets no cookies, runs no tracking, builds no profile. Your language choice is not stored on this static site — it is a separate address (/en/ or /hu/).

RENterior beta feedback. Project material you upload to the RENterior tool — floor plans, documentation — stays with your own AI provider; we have no visibility of it and do not receive it. The only thing we receive is the anonymised block of text that you yourself choose to send to [email protected]. The tool itself sends nothing.

3. Who else sees it

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., stated in the imprint) and our e-mail provider (Google Ireland Ltd., Google Workspace) process data on our behalf as data processors. Cloudflare serves the site over a global network, so technical data (IP address, browser type) may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both Cloudflare and Google are certified. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: 12 months, then deleted. Contract-related material: for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention period that follows (accounting records 8 years under Hungarian law). Material you ask us to delete: removed within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it.

RENterior feedback. If you email us feedback on RENterior, we treat it like an enquiry: kept for 12 months, used only to reply and to improve the tool, never passed to a third party — deleted earlier on request. The download itself needs no address and no registration.

5. Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Hungarian authority (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., [email protected]) or go to court.

6. Changes

Last updated: 22 October 2026. If this notice changes materially, the date above changes with it.
